positive: It's almost like buying a custom home. They literally build it for you with several choices of materials to choose from and you design the flooring just the way you want it. Pre-wired for just about everything, concrete tile roof, tankless water heater, super windows (they only let in approximately 30% of the UV rays), HVAC system and fiber optics.
negative: We would be paying for all the upgrades on the flooring, etc. We would have no money left for contingencies.

I think this one is my favorite! I LOVE the kitchen and the hardwood floors! Also the detail in the bathroom, especially the master bath is amazing! It has the 3 bedrooms though, so not much growth for more babies ;D
I agree, no room to grow and if you become pregers again you will be bummed, rather be prepared! But I love the upgraded finishing material, can you pick those for the one you love. Adam said if you plan to rent it out then pick the cheaper one.But he doesn't understand a woman's needs, when it comes to a house.
