Mother's Beach

Last Friday was a good day. Caleb loved Mother's Beach. He ran right into the water which I was surprised since he hasn't done well with swimming pools lately. We went with our little mom's group. In this picture is Rachael and her daughter Hallie in the middle, Elliot (Whitney his mom is taking the picture) on the left and Caleb and I on the right. Fun day!

5 Things you may/may not know about me on my bday...

1. We have red couches - I think they are fun!
2. I can't shave without cutting myself - don't know why.
3. I love my mother in law (and all other in laws for that matter)!
4. Organized in almost all other areas of my life except for my closet, not sure why.
5. I really don't mind doing laundry.

Well that's it! Hope you have a great weekend and stay out of the heat!

My first car accident

Don't worry we are OK! It was minor and for that I am thankful. For a while I prided myself on my perfect record, 11 years of driving with no tickets or accidents. No more. I was rear-ended while merging on one of the traffic signals from the 105W to the 405 S. Thankfully I was the last car hit and I didn't hit anyone else in front of me so I had the least amount of impact and damage:
